Payments

Prices Quoted are based on costs and supply prices at the current time of the quotation and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Custom made orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start with the making of any items. The balance is due prior to collection. Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable. Please use the QUOTE REFERENCE only when making the payment and send proof of payment, along with the signed quotation to: info@perfectfittailoring.co.za

Materials are not included in the quotation, the customer is responsible for providing any material and accessories, such as yarn, beading, zips, buttons, etc., unless otherwise agreed upon with first consultation.

Fittings and alterations

We provide a full tailored service, as reflected in our pricing. Your garment will be made as close as possible to your actual fit from the measurements taken during your consultation. Should measurements be supplied, we take no responsibility should the garment not fit perfectly.

If the client insists on a fit tighter than recommended, we will not be held responsible. Equally, we accept no responsibility for garments not fitting when collected due to clients increase or decrease in centimetres, different shoes, or for any other reason beyond our control.

Garment design

Garments ordered from pictures are at your own risk. We take no responsibility should you not be satisfied with the final product for whatever reason.

Although we try our best to duplicate the design specified on the qoute within the budget stated, every garment is handmade which results in each being a unique, individual garment. Exact colours and shades on fabrics and designs on trim, including lace, cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

After receiving your signed quote and 50% deposit, the design process will commence immediately. After this, no refunds or cancellations are possible. If you cancel your order, you will forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit paid.

If you do no longer want the item, for any reason whatsoever, or in the event of a wedding being cancelled, the balance becomes payable immediately and all goods must be collected. If goods are not fully paid and collected by the date of the event specified on the quote, the order will be considered cancelled and the 50% non-refundable deposit paid will be applied towards cost incurred by us and the dress will remain the property of Perfect Fit Tailoring and resold

Manufacturing time

Custom made garments are hand-made according to your measurements and this process takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date that we’ve received your signed quote plus non-refundable deposit.

We recommend that orders be placed at least 6 weeks prior to a wedding or event.

General

Every care will be taken by Perfect Fit Tailors to deliver a garment and/or render a service in a proper and workmanlike manner.

We shall not be liable to our clients for any damages, whether direct, indirect or consequential, caused by any act or omission of Perfect Fit Tailors, its members of staff or any persons under its supervision or control, unless such damages were caused as a direct result of gross negligence or recklessness. In such an event, our liability shall be limited to your actual direct loss and shall exclude any consequential damages.

We shall not be liable to you for any damages and/or delays caused as a result of any act of force (via major event) beyond its reasonable control. Such via major event shall be sufficient excuse for any delay in or suspension of the performance of our obligations. By paying your deposit you are acknowledging and adhering to these terms and conditions.
